Guest safety is our number one priority at Petite Tayo Station, and we have rigorous
policies and processes to ensure our guests’ safety.  For your safety, please follow all written signage and verbal instructions.

1. All children must be in good health before entering the Playground. The management reserves the right to refuse or remove entry to any person who appears to be unwell. 

2. No exchanging of adults is allowed at any point in time. Additional adults will be chargeable at $5.

3. Parents or caregivers must actively supervise children at all times when in the playground. 

3. No re-entry is allowed for all guests.

4. Grip socks must be worn at all times by all guests (adults & children) entering the playground.  

5. Management reserves the right to impose a $25 clean-up and sanitisation charge for incidents such as vomiting or urine leaks.

6. Management reserves the right to use images/ videos captured onsite in an adequate, relevant and not excessive way for professional and marketing purposes.

7. All staff must be treated with respect. Hurtful comments and gestures will not be tolerated.

8. Parents and guardians are to adhere strictly to instructions during the period of play.

9. Damages caused by bad, unruly behaviour or misuse of the facilities will be charged to the guests at 60% of the retail price.

10. Parents and Guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

11. Owners, Management and Staff of Petite Tayo Station Singapore will not be liable for any injury or casualty sustained in the playground. 

12. Management reserves the right to alter our operation hours, shorten and/or halt playtime or revise the rules and regulations whenever necessary and without prior notice.

13. No outside food and drinks allowed.

14.  Drugs and alcohol are not permitted in the park. Anyone
under the influence of drugs or alcohol (intoxicated) will not be allowed entry into the park.

15. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the park.

16. Petite Tayo Station is a family indoor playground. While we encourage our guests
to enjoy themselves, behaviour deemed unacceptable by management may result in
perpetrators being evicted from the park without a refund and potentially
escalated to the police. 

Park Capacity and Impact on Access: If the park reaches capacity for any event or on
a normal operating day, we reserve the right to close the park to further
guests. Whilst this is very inconvenient, it is necessary for the guest’s
experience, health, and safety. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience
this may cause. Waiting is also not allowed in the park due to space constraint.
