Drop-Off Service Terms & Conditions

True to a KidsClub concept, a drop-off service is also available for children above 3 years old. (Must be 3 years old as of the day itself and up to 5 years old)

Our PlayGuide will be able to keep an eye on your child while you do your grocery run or attend an emergency work meeting!

● Child must be able to separate from caregiver comfortably (e.g. not crying)
● Subject to availability of Drop-Off Slots. This is to ensure a reasonable child-to-caregiver ratio
● For the safety of the children, identification checks are required for both the adult and child(ren)
● DreamUs TYS Pte. Ltd. will only accept drop-offs with valid identification checks, completed Agreements and/or Authorization
● DreamUs TYS Pte. Ltd. will only release children in our care to persons with matching Identification Card details as stated in the Agreement signed before drop-off
● While DreamUs TYS Pte. Ltd. undertakes all the necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care, it does not constitute a guarantee of the safety and welfare of the children at all times
● I give my consent for DreamUs TYS Pte. Ltd. to seek immediate emergency transportation and/or medical attention for the children as necessary in my absence
● Late pick-up of children will incur charges that will be borne by the guest at prevailing admission rates per session or part thereof
